For 33+ years, we’ve only helped buyers and sellers close. We’ve worked in just about every Chicago suburb and neighborhood and solved just about every problem imaginable. This puts a wealth of experience and knowledge on your side of the table.  

One flat fee covers all our closing services—with no surprises 

Our flat fee includes all legal services. including our legal review and analysis of your contract, title, inspection, closing documents, and any applicable association records.  

It also frees you to ask complex questions, talk through and solve problems, and fully understand the decisions you are making.   

Some firms provide limited support or time spent on real estate deals. Or they tack on additional charges after closing. Not us. We look for ways to go above and beyond.

Only our lawyers do your legal work 

Some firms rely on independent contractors, the title company, or private paralegal services to handle the legal details of closings. Our veteran lawyers personally take care of all your legal work. Which can help you maintain control.

So, what is our fee? 

It depends on the nature of your transaction.

Our standard fee for a residential purchase or sale is $750, payable at closing. You save $50 by prepaying before closing, via our secure credit card link. The fee may be higher for new construction, commercial transactions, or larger apartment buildings. Conversely, it may be lower for parking spaces, vacant lots, and other situations. Discounts may be available.  

In other words, this is not a pricing guarantee, but a general outline of the pricing you can expect when working with us.
